This woman is a 4th generation auto shop owner and certified mechanic (female wrench) in 1998 Audra took over the family business one of Americas leading auto repair and body shop franchises, Great Bear.
Starting in 2007 when the economy began its down turn and made it a challenging period for all businesses including hers and the auto industry in general.
Audra dug deep into her mind to figure out how to head off the impending economic crisis.
After a ton of research she was comfortable with the knowledge that the majority of the decision makers in the household on auto purchases and auto repairs were the women.
Audra decided to start reaching out to these decision makers by doing educational workshops for these women in her own back yard and within a span of 2 years she had built a foundation of confident drivers.
